Investing Heavily in Hybrid Solar Thermal Energy for Utility,Commercial and Residential

The President of Bergamo Acquisition Corporation, Mr Hillard Herzog announced that it has posted the $1.1 Million swift banking fees which represents the final step towards the completion of a $100 Million equity funding facility. Confirmation of the transfer has been wired to its banking partners. All regulatory compliance and governance procedures have been completed.

Mr. Herzog, who is currently traveling in India, announced plans to invest heavily in Hybrid Solar Thermal power plants in India. The Jawaher Lal Nehru Indian National Solar Mission framework offers one of the most ambitious solar energy programs in the world, and a compelling opportunity for investment.

Consistent with its global commitment to promote high return investments in solar energy in clean technologies the company announced the formation of Bergamo Harbinson’s Limited, a division of Bergamo Acquisition Corporation has announced the formation of a new subsidiary company Unisolar Private Limited, India to enter into the growing global market targeting residential and consumer solar products.
